2. Receive a Return Authorization

You will receive a return authorization (RA) with the return address.

3. Ship It Back

Print and attach the RA form and shipping label to the outside of the box and ship the package through your local post office or a courier to the address listed on the RA.

4. Receive Your Refund or Replacement

After the product has been received and inspected, payment will be refunded to the original payment method or a replacement product will be shipped.

What is your return policy?


Damaged, defective, and incorrect products will be refunded or exchanged at no cost to you. However, for any returns that is not the result of 4 Wheels Performance’s error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and will not be reimbursed the original shipping fee. The additional terms below also apply:

  • Returns must be in original packaging and not damaged/altered in any way and completed within 30 days.
  • There are no returns on special orders and electrical parts.
  • There are no returns on Sale items, only regular-priced items can be returned.
  • If core charges apply, cores must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in order to receive a refund.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



Are there any exceptions to your return policy?


There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reason not due to 4WP’s error, please contact us for a review of the situation and we may grant a partial refund.



How will I get a refund?


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your bank.


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received your refund in a reasonable amount of time, check your online banking or call your bank to confirm. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


Where should I ship my return?


To return your product, first contact us to receive Return Authorization forms which include a shipping label with the exact return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Sale Items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.




We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide the Return Authorization forms needed to ship your item back so we can process the exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.




If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
